At Glow Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: face masks, eye creams, wax strips, and bath accessories.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
